Interviews with HR and marketing team followed up by a case to develop to finally have an interview with LATAM general Manager. All the process was done virtually, due to pandmics, however it did not affect the process at all.

The interview process was smooth and without any problems. 3 rounds with introduction at the 1st round, case study for the 2nd round and final interview with country GM. Everyone I met during the process was quite nice.
