Friendly and engaging interview process. All interviewers were welcoming and instilled the values of the LEGO Group which was brilliant to see. Format was straight forward with a screening call with an internal recruiter followed by interviews with relevant stakeholders.

3 interviews ending with a task to give a glimpse of what I would be working with. First interview was with HR and it was a very friendly conversation, where we focussed on how I improved myself compared to a previusly job interview. Next where a more in depth interview regarding my improvement. Last interview where focused on the task and my understanding of LEGO packaging
