Three stage process: a call with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager + 1 from the team, and then a week to prepare a case study (provided by LEGO) and present it to the hiring manager + another manager + recruiter. The case study was straight forward, asking about what type of research I would propose for various stages of the product development process for a specific product.

The process is very structured and organised. I always receive a clue about the next step before hand which helps with preparation for what will happen next. The recruiting team is very kind and empathetic and know exactly how to bring out the best during the phone call.
