The first interview: was with the hiring manager for an initial conversation to determine fit and experience. Second Interview: Initial conversation with line manager to get to know each other and discuss experience. Third Interview: A test was set up I was given 45 mins to do the test and then an additional 30 mins were spent discussing my test. The last part of the interview was to get to know the team and ask questions regarding the role and what to expect.
