First there was a quick phone call with he HR representative and afterwards came two rounds of interviews with the department director and the Brickmate over Teams. I was preparing a case for the last interview. Finally I received a phone call from the department director, who offered the job.

3 round of interviews. 1st with HR, 2nd with Manager and Technical Lead and 3rd with HR and Manager. The interviews were all conucted online, and included a few email exchanges. Questions were about motiviation, experience etc.
