J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez the LEGO Group (Billund) en févr. 2021
Entretien
I was interviewed in a single round of interviews for a student position in the STS team in MCD. It was bout 1 hour with two people including the leader of the STS team. At first they joked about that they had planned to wear very formal clothes to intimidate me but ended op not doin it - this created a nice atmosphere and is was a pleasant interview where I could ask questions, explain myself, tell about who I am and they introduced me to the team.
They explained about the team, LEGO and introduced themselves before I should talk more about who I am and my profile. While I haven't been to many interviews this was an extraordinary good experience I must say - maybe because there was a match - or maybe because they did everything possible to make me comfortable, listened carefully and explained very well about the company.
Note: Due to the Covid-19 it was an online interview and I had called and asked about the position before sending my application, so I had already talked with one of the guys for 30 minutes.

Question 1
How do you connect you "story" (my experience as I have been working with for instance acting) with LEGO and IT and business?
It was a one hour description of experience relevant to position. Then a further elaboration of the process and inquiry on possible ways to contribute. Some example scenarios and how I'd problem solve in them.

The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
