Standard process, online application followed by weeks of waiting, then received email from recruiter asking for 121 interview. Received detailed email with info about company, role etc which seemed promising at first. The face to face (zoom) interview with recruiter was super easy and the recruiter said I was the top candidate for the role. They'd pass my CV to hiring manager and schedule an interview. About 4 weeks later I received an email declining to take it further.
