This was one of the worst interview processes I've experienced from the outdated application form to the impersonal Sonru interview.
Applied online, contact about 2 weeks later to set up a first interview. Had an interview scheduled with HR, which the Talent person didn't show up to. About 15 minutes after the start time I got an email saying they'd frozen hiring due to COVID-19. It was fair enough but I would have appreciated being contacted sooner. They started hiring again recently so I reached out and was told I'd get to do an interview through Sonru. I didn't know what that was but it's an automated video interviewing service. Right off the bat I was confused as to why I wasn't speaking with a person. Started to do the interview through Sonru but quickly bailed from it. You have 2 minutes to answer questions with a red flasher and sound cue when you're coming to the end. I felt pressured and rushed to complete questions which is unlike any interview I've had. The whole process seemed very cold and impersonal. I also didn't get a chance to ask any questions about the role/company or hear anything from a person. I emailed them and withdrew my application. I expected better and for a senior role felt I deserved better.
