2 Interviews. First was basic questions about you, then the next one was more detailed about the job, your love for LEGO, and showing what you can build. You had to show your creativity and describe why you built what you did. A supervisor and assistant manager both interviewed you separately and convened later.

Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.

The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
