Very detail-oriented and focus was on the knowledge but the personality as well. The process took only two weeks before I got the offer. Also, the person who interviewed me was very polite and friendly.

Got into the office and 3 seniors asked me a few questions. Not really hard, but at that time I didn't know much about network so. And it was Japanese company. Most of the team members were Japanese. I was also asked if I can speak Japanese because I put basic level japanese on my resume. People were really nice thou. They explained their opportunity, pros and cons, benefits, and etc.
