First-round was the HR round which was fine. The second was again an HR round with the VP. The third round was the technical round. As per my experience, they offered me a Tier II position even though I applied for a Tier III but the salary they were offering was not even the average expected salary, and when I negotiated they dropped the offer. This was the worst part, they wasted my effort and time and made me felt extremely terrible. Such kinds of people should undergo some kind of personal skills training.
