It was not that much tense. The management is sufficiently knowledgeable and you cannot fool around with them. I was just truthful to them and they happen to like it.

The interview process was quite simple :-
1) HR Round
2) Technical Round
3) Final Round
The Hr round includes the basic details , the technical round is difficult and requires a certain skill set and last one is final or discussion round

Not that much hard to crack the interview. The First Round goes with HR Screening. The Second Round goes for Technical Telephonic or Face to Face Interview. And then if you clear the second round the third round for Salary negotiation.
