I applied through a recruiter. The whole interview process took around 6 hours. There were three 1:1 rounds of 1-1.5 hours each and the feedback for each round was announced within half an hour. The first two rounds were based on DS and Algo. In both rounds, 2-to-3 questions were asked. The last round was related to System Design that lasted for 1.5 hours. Final feedback was provided within a week and soon I accepted the offer. At the time of feedback, I was explained about the work culture at Slice and the expectations from me. So far, my experience at Slice has been very good and challenging. Before coming to the work, I've had a couple of healthy discussions with my lead about the nature of the organization. I am content with the support which is provided by the team as and when required.
