The recruitment process may be more thorough than in other companies, including a test task and a technical interview or trial day. However, candidates are provided with learning materials to help them successfully complete the task.

I went through two home tasks and an interview. One home task I was doing for one month, another for a day. They both were pretty hard for me, as for a beginner, but I found them useful and have learned a lot from them. The interview was easy, we discussed why we're good for each other and what might be hard for us to work together.
