the recruitment consistens of 3 steps . 1 test, 2 - interview, 3- test. the first test consist of three parts ( one takes hours to complete to identify bugs, mainly doing QA) other two are rather easy . the interview itself is really easy and lasts 15 minutes, and the last test is more somewhat more tricky, also takes hours to complete and you have less time to do it then the first test.

Last interview was mostly associated with the role itself and included questions around the role and methodologies of Project management. Interviewer was kind and created a comfortable environment to have a discussion rather than storming with a list of questions.
