I was originally out of the country when they first saw my application. The team waited about two weeks for me to return and to contact me again to schedule an interview. The district manager was the first to receive my application and sent it to the SM. I met with the SM for a brief Interview that felt more like a friendly conversation. Immediately after the interview, she called the DM to schedule a follow up for the following day. Not even two hours later I was presented with an offer for the position even though I knew they had more interviews scheduled.

Interviewed with the DM before ever meeting the store manager. DM was extremely professional; asked a variety of questions that were average to the type of job that I was interviewing for. Met the store manager a few days later after the DM had already made her decision.

Very laid back and easy going. We interviewed on the sales floor during a slow period so I felt comfortable and relaxed. Interviewer was really nice and had a great attitude. We kept each other laughing the whole time. I wore a very fashionable and trendy outfit for my interview; something I would wear to work there. Lots of accessories!!
