There is a total of around 4 interviews. On your first interview you will meet with one of the NOC supervisors at one of their two sites. If the first supervisor sees you are a good fit, he will send you to the other location to interview with another NOC supervisor. Make sure you have plenty of extra copies of your resume. They expect you to be outgoing and confident about your answers. They pretty much ask you the same questions: -How did you get into the field? -What is your dream job? -They quiz you on the OSI model. Anything from Layer 3 routing to Layer 7 DNS. -Why are you applying for this position? -Basic troubleshooting of systems and networking questions If you do well after these 2 interviews, you will then interview with the COO and then the IT Director of Operations.
