Really quick response after applying about having a call, thorough and pleasant conversation with the Director of HR, and contact shortly afterwards thanking me for my time, and feedback about why they went with another candidate

Experiences in the field, whether I had interacted with the company in my previous dealings in the industry
Started with a quick video interview for the first round, where the recruiter introduced the company energetically and then asked 2 questions to get a feel for who I am and my expectations. Hiring Manager was great, and next steps would have been to interview with the Manager.
