First of all, the interviewer introduced herself and gave details about company, then asked some questions about my experience and my educational background, and I introduced myself. Finally, She gave me time for asking and I asked same questions about the company and it’s policy.

-IT project (8hours/1 day work) -NEVER HAD A RESPONSE.
it's very a shame loose 1 day of tasks and work for never have a reply.

Entretien
1 - I was recruited on LinkedIn and booked an interview; 2 - We had an online interview on my native language; 3 - I got an NDA to sign and booked a test; 4 - I had a test; 5 - They offered me the position and gave me an NDA and a form to sign and fill before sending me the contract; 6 - never heard if them again, when asked the contract is forever being formulated.

Entretien
I was approached by a recruiter from Payever and they said I'd be a great fit to the team / company and they would love to invite me for an interview. I accepted the invitation and booked a call with them. A few hours later I received a message that the call was cancelled and that they prefer someone with more experience. I'm very confused why they approached me in the first place and I think this is just bad manners. They could have at least met with me before they decided on further steps.
