Initially I have received an invite for a phone interview from a Talent Delivery Manager. Phone interview was about my previous work experience and few more basic questions regarding RF test equipment. Fortunately, I have received an onsite invite from HR. It was such a great pleasure meeting pSemi Characterization Family. Interview questions consisted of Basic questions regarding RF/ Microwave Measurement and RFIC design. It was very friendly, active and I have totally enjoyed the pSemi's work culture. I have learnt a lot from pSemi family and this was my greatest experience! pSemi is a great opportunity for people who are very passionate in RFIC Engineering and looking forward to be a part of innovative, intelligent and integrated electronics for the connected world.

Applied online Talent delivery manager HR has contacted me and scheduled a phone interview. On-site interview with 5 engineers. Got the result within a week. Interview process is great! Gained a great experience.
