The first interview was with a recruiter, and we talked about the role and my experience. The second interview was a technical-based, focusing on frontend development and was directed in English. The majority of the questions were related to React.js, JavaScript and DOM manipulation. I was given a positive feedback at the end of the interview. However, after this stage, I haven't heard any feedback whatsoever and the hiring manager for the position stopped answering my emails. This isn't the first time that this happended with Oowlish, which is a big red flag for any interview process.

Todo automatizado y digital, el contacto con personas fue casi nulo y no entiendo como evaluaron mis capacidades. Las actividades que piden realizar para el cargo son debatibles en su utilidad.

Uma boa entrevista, foi avaliado meu background técnico, recebi um feedback detalhado sobre meu teste e tive a oportunidade de conhecer alguns projetos da empresa. Também na entrevista foi avaliado meu nível de inglês e minhas skills de comunicação.
Tive também a oportunidade, em uma segunda entrevista, de expor minhas expectativas profissionais e também ouvir as expectativas da empresa comigo e minha função.
