A special shout-out goes to Nidhin, who coordinated the process from O9. His proactive communication, regular updates, and seamless organization made the entire interview experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. He consistently kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel valued as a candidate. Nidhin is a great ambassador for o9 Solutions' company culture, and his exceptional support made a lasting positive impression on me.

Question 1
First two rounds were technical, they asked a lot of scenario based data engineering questions. Also asked questions on the architectures of my previous project. The last round was with VP and Director. Questions were asked on supply chain domain, main challenges in supply chain projects and also they checked of I fit into their team.

Entretien
There are three rounds :
1) Call with HR where they will discuss about the role and the company and check if your profile is aligned with job requirements
2) Call with Manager : They will check your knowledge on subject and kind and will check you experience with scenario based questions .
3) Technical round : Technical questions around profile.
I have passed through each round but end of the day they said we are not opting anyone for this role and hence closing the job.
It was extremely unprofessional As I took almost three days of leave to give the interview and prepare from it.
If they know from starting that this is my profile and they gone through it completely and taken 3 rounds of interview to realize that job description does not match with my profile.
In the start of the interview process only I have highlighted this point to HR, but they said its ok!
The interview process is also extremely unstructured.
Easy with 3 steps between hr and managers. Long process with the first hr leaving the company during the selection process. No explanations nor apologies for having interrupted the process for several weeks. Change of the proposed role during the process.
