I was very impressed with the interview rounds and how I was valued as a candidate. The interviewers were very friendly and positive.
All technical rounds were related to their platform and product, simulating real-life scenarios. No leetcode questions were used, which was a fresh breath of air. 1 Live coding round, 1 architectural design round, 1 system design round. 1 behavioral round with HM. They take the behavioral round very seriously and that's where I was rejected, even though I am usually quite good in this area.
I would advise being prepared to show examples where you received and gave feedback in multiple scenarios, and be ready to talk about some of your projects and failures.

HR interview, and 3 rounds of technical interviews
The first round was a very easy code question about users and groups
The second round was a very easy e2e question about how monday does ordering for their tables
The third round was a system design interview about one of their systems
In the last round, the interviewer at the company treated me very badly, she didn't want me to succeed and was difficult with her technical questions
In addition, she ended the interview 15 minutes before the allotted time and didn't give me the opportunity to ask questions about the company
When I reported this to the company's hiring manager, she didn't even apologize and said that they trust the judgment of their interviewers

First of all shoutout to Selam being pro-active and keeping all the process smooth and friendly
The interview process was well-structured and professionally managed. It consisted of multiple rounds, including:
Initial recruiter screening
Technical coding interviews
System design round
Hiring manager / team discussions
The process was smooth overall, with clear communication at each stage.
Experience:
I had a very positive experience throughout the process. The interviewers were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They created a comfortable environment and were open to discussions, which made the process feel collaborative rather than purely evaluative.
One highlight was the opportunity to visit the office and meet the team in person. This gave a great sense of the company culture and working environment.
The recruiter was very responsive and transparent throughout, and the team was supportive and engaged during the interviews.
Offer Process:
The offer process was smooth, and the team was flexible and open to discussion. They were willing to revisit and improve the offer, which I really appreciated.
Overall Impression:
Overall, a very strong interview experience with a great team and culture. The process was well-organized, and I felt respected as a candidate throughout.
