very easy and not very structured which raised flags to me compared to what i had heard about them before attending the interview it might just have been this department.

I had an AMAZING interview and onboarding process coming into Mdgroup! I applied on LinkedIn and submitted a "Contact Us" form from their direct website. The very next day, I was contacted by their recruiter, who was extremely helpful in accepting my resume and connecting me to the right team members. I had an interview scheduled within a week, which included more team members to expedite the process. The interview process made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The questions focused on getting to know your character and working style. You can really feel the importance to Mdgroup that you are not only a good fit for them but that they're also a good fit for you. I'm going on my third week, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to be a member of the Mdgroup family. With an amazing team culture, everyone is exceptionally focused on setting you up for success in your new role. Onboarding is carefully thought out, with a fair amount of time to digest and review everything you need to know coming into the company. You'll have many opportunities to shadow meetings, watch videos and review PowerPoint slides. Overall they are well organized in providing an excellent, streamlined onboarding process.
