First meeting was to be qualified for the position, then second meeting with someone based in Barcelona. Short interview with no creative questions. Just standard, why us and why you questions. She seemed as if in a hurry and impatient when receiving questions from me,

Thank you very much for applying for marcusevans. Our interview process takes place approximately 2-3 weeks as we always want to make sure we hire the best candidate for our company. We want to keep it simple, learn more about the candidate and also make it clear to them what we are looking for. Thank you for taking the time to apply and participate in the interview process and for wanting to be part of our company.

I had an interview here, and at the end one of the questions I asked was how does the company support any work-life balance for employees, and the girl literally said, "We don't work on the weekends." it still makes me laugh out loud

The interview process only involves Marcus Evans employees trying to pitch how wonderful their company is and how brilliant their model is. Even my interview with the APAC CEO felt like that, was highly uncertain of the quality of work and how it would impact my career so did not accept the offer.

They asked me a tiny bit about myself, they just tried to get me in 90% of the time. It felt like dealing with a hungry salesman and not an employer.
