First round - Recruiter Second round - Hiring manager third round - Tech panel 4th round - Director of product Thought I did really well through all of the interviews and was receiving a lot of positive feedback throughout the interview, but did not receive an offer with no explanation. On top of that the process dragged on for over 2 months which felt like a waste of time.

Was fairly straight forward and easy to navigate hiring manager was a mid level PMO resource and didn't ask too many technical questions, not the hardest interview ever. i got the offer after one go round
Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.

Had several interviews with different managers for different positions, but none of them got back to me. HR kept calling me about potential matches, but failed to keep me updated.
