Entretien
Interview process was pretty straightforward. The day after i applied online i got a call from the assistant store manager to have a quick 10 minute phone screening, after which i was invited to the group interview. Group interview was with 3 other potential candidates over zoom with the same assistant store manager and another store manager. 3 questions were asked in total which we all answered in a random order. A few days after i was invited to the final 1-on-1 interview with the same assistant store manager and an another different manager this time. Again 3 different questions were asked. All questions are behavioural/situational based.

What does guest experience mean to you? Tell me about a time you developed a trusting relationship with a teammate or someone you worked with. Tell me about a time you set a goal you knew would be difficult to achieve but would be rewarding. Tell me about a time you noticed another person seemed left out or excluded and how did you respond to the situation? Tell me about a time you made a mistake that caused someone else a lot of work to fix. Tell me about a time you received feedback that was not expected and how did you react?

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
