Had 3 rounds of interviews which took place over 5 weeks. First round was a phone screen with HR, typical questions about experience - they did most of the talking about salary range, benefits, job description. Second round was a video interview with the hiring manager, more specific experience/situational questions. The hiring manager was very warm and made it feel like a conversation as opposed to an interview. Third round was a presentation to a panel including the hiring manager. Most of the time was taken up by presenting with questions to follow. The panel included people across a couple departments who asked situational questions. Overall, I felt the interview process was average in difficulty and everyone was very nice throughout the process. However, they did ghost me after the third interview even though I've followed-up 3 times since. I would expect that after 1 or 2 rounds of interviews, but after asking for a presentation and not getting back to your candidate, leaves a bad taste for any future job opportunities with them.
