It was a group interview at a conference room at Rideau Centre. There were around 20 or so people (all female) with 2 managers, one was taking notes and the other was doing all the talking. The whole interview was extremely competitive. The interview started with everyone introducing themselves around the table then it moved on to a whole bunch of behavioral/scenario-type questions. Basically she asked the question and if you want to answer, you raise your hands. If you're slow, nervous, or shy, you're not going to have a chance to have your say or make a good impression. When the questions were done, we had to complete a 2 paged questionaire about our goals, why we want the job, and to pick a person from the group that you would hire for the job (if you were the manager). When we went to hand in our questionaire, the manager took a pic of us.

Recieved an email to intterview. They were very friendly and open. It was a group interview, and they asked 3 questions, and everyone there interviewing took turns answering. Minimum working age 18
