It consisted of one group interview with ~10 other people on the Zoom call. This was at the start of the pandemic, so it was online. Each person responded to a given question relating to what prior experiences would help with the job.

Group interview for first round - strong “culty culture” vibes during the process. Frankly, I felt pretty uncomfortable from the get go because it all felt very forced and contrived. They wanted you to talk in depth about your five year goals which felt somewhat awkward for a store clerk position… They were going for a very specific “energy” or “vibe” (which I did not inhabit).

pretty chill and friendly. questions are related to the company's value as well as some behavior questions. There will be two rounds, the first round is a group interview, second will individual interview. Generally a very relaxing and positive experience.
