I was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. The interview was like any initial hr interview. Then was asked to come in for an interview with the director of merch she was great and personable. During this interview she went and got two girls from the team I would work on they were great asked some great questions and I asked a lot of questions. Overall the interview was about my goals and my cultural fit with the company. Was asked to come back for a third interview with the senior merchant for that team. We talked about the position and how I would fit in and what my experience was. I was able to be completely honest and very comfortable in the interview. I was offered the job and then it was confirmed by email about a week later.
