I wasn't sure what to expect when applying for a retail job for the first time. I thought their website application was really fun, especially the "get to know you questions." I applied online and received an invite for a group interview for two days after. I was really excited because I thought I had the personality and "cultural" fit for Lululemon.
Showing up to the group interview I wore an all Lululemon outfit (as I had did some research on what to wear), we all met up inside the store and there were about 5 of us including me. We waited for about 15 minutes and the Assistant Manager shows up quite late, to my astonishment, and says, "She lost track of time." So we grabbed yoga mats and went outside the store and formed a circle and the interview commenced.
The interview was a couple of random questions including, "What is a goal you have accomplished recently?" and "What is a mistake you've made at work and what did you learn from it?" I thought the interview was really informal so it was hard to judge what the Assistant Manager felt towards us. At the end of the question session, we filled out an availability form.
I felt like the other interviewees were really "kissing up" to the Assistant Manager and even after the interview was concluded it was hard to have a casual conversation with her on the way back to the store because she was being swarmed by the other interviewees.
Even though I seemed to feel like I left a good impression, I guess it was not enough because after about 3 days of waiting I received an obviously automated rejection email.

Question 1
What are 3 ways you can define "integrity" and what does it mean to you?
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
