I've had two group interviews and didn't really care for either experience. It was never clear to me what the manager's were looking for in that setting. I kind of understand the concept of the group interview of seeing which people and personalties stand out, but it seemed like there was more interest in who's the funniest/most charming/who's story one- ups the next person, not really who we are and what we bring to the table.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
