Saw a job posted online so came into the store asked the cashier about its availability who then directed me to fill out the online application. After a few weeks, they e-mailed me to schedule a group in-store interview. They asked several questions regarding personal characteristics, goals, direct experiences that highlights these examples, and how these all fit into the overall mission of lululemon. The group dynamic was a bit awkward as you were unsure when to answer a question voiced to the group. You did not want to seem meek, but also did not want to seem aggressive, attempting to dominate the conversation. After the interview, the follow-up entailed meeting the manager at the store, walking around the shopping square and getting to know me as an individual (i.e. more casual questions). Overall, a fairly enjoyable process, but there were weeks of waiting in between steps, even after they told me on the spot that they would be extending an offer and kept postponing the date of which they would get back to me to complete the next step (e.g. employment forms, etc.)

Question 1
(This was the hardest question, but luckily was prepared after finding it on Glassdoor beforehand and going to a different store and asking the current employees for advice): Go find two articles of clothing in the store and come back and educate me on them

Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.

There is only one round with three behavioral questions. The interviewers include an assistant store manager and a guest experience lead, who will assess my skills and experience. It is a group interview, and there are 7 people including myself.
