The interviews are really relaxed. We went to a coffee shop and sat around the table. There were approximately 10 people interviewing. We were interviewed by 3 employees: an educator, an assistant manager, and a key leader. If you get through the group interview, you have a 2nd interview where you workout with a few employees. The 3rd interview is when you meet with the head manager and they tell you you have the job.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
