Entretien
We were asked to attend a yoga class followed by a delicious breakfast and group interview. We were all asked the same questions and everyone had a choice of whether they would have liked to contribute. It was laid back, fun and enjoyable. Before the group interview started, the manager explained the background of Lululemon and why they joined the company. The yoga class was a great way to break the ice.

Entretien
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
