I applied online. The process took 1week.
Received mail three days later to invite me to the group interview. There were 5 interviewees and 4 interviewers. The key leader led the interview and asked us 4 questions. The end of the interview they told us there will be exercise interview and one-on-one interview. still waiting....
The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
