I applied online and got an e-mail for a group interview. There were three other people there, along with a manager and an assistant manager. They asked us some questions and we were all encouraged to answer all the questions but weren't required to. You just had to speak out. They talked a lot about lululemon as a company and its culture, values, and beliefs and basically tried to see how in tuned we were to them to see if we'd be a good fit. A few days later I received an email inviting me to a one-on-one interview and a yoga session beforehand. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make the yoga class but I still had a chance to talk to the manager afterwards. We met up at a coffee shop where the manager offered to buy me coffee and we just talked. Very casual, short, and I was encouraged to speak plainly. The manager asked me more questions like my strengths/weaknesses, how I would 'sell' a certain technical piece, and for some ideas regarding community outreach. I was offered the job on the spot and I accepted.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
