The interviews were informal, not quite structured and people were warm and friendly. Things started great and it went down fast. Whenever they told me I would hear from them by X date, they didn't get back to me and I had to constantly ask for updates to the recruiter who would ghost me for 2 weeks. I had to send several emails to get an answer to my questions (which were simple). I was told I was in their top 2 candidates and went all the way to the end of the process and met the VP. However, I was really not treated like a top candidate. I was told conflicting information from one person to the next and when I asked for clarifications by email I had no response for 2 weeks. I had to escalate to the manager to get a follow-up after the last interview. I was not selected for the position, which happens and is alright, but I asked for feedback after the interviews and again, I was ghosted and didn't get a reply. Unfortunately Lg2 gave me a very disapointing candidate experience Overall. It seems like a genuinely great place to work with cool people so this experience was really a big disappointment. Very easily fiable issue but I see from other reviews that it seems to be a recurrent issue with LG2.
