The most unprofessional experience I've ever seen. The recruiter communicated to me entirely over text messages, often texting me in the middle of the night asking if I could fly to a different city the next day or speak to someone minutes later. In all I spoke to 6 different people over 8 interview sessions - a couple of whom seemed great but the rest disorganized at best. The CTO was a friendly and down-to-earth person, then I spoke to the CEO who is an absolute caricature of a corporate leader. He talked about himself and his incredible vision and executive skills, and then with five minutes left in the call said, "Impress me." Several weeks later I got a generic email with several typos saying they weren't moving forward.

Lousy. I was approached via LinkedIn with a clear copy-paste message. I had to wait for the recruiter for 5'. Then after a bit of chit-chat, it turned into a police interrogatory. Barely two sentences about the role or the company,
Needless to say, once I was done I knew I wanted nothing to do with the company. To make it better, a few days after this I got the same copy-paste LinkedIn Inmail trying to recruit me again from the same person.
I would recommend the company review their recruiting team and consider improving their process. It might be the best place to work however with this experience I wouldn't recommend it either. First impressions matter.
