A series of video interviews over Zoom with employees in Copenhagen, and in-person in Issuu's Palo Alto location (with VP interview at the end). This was over the course of a couple of days so you can meet different parts of their team from both locations. There was a competency assignment to complete. After all of the interviews, they also request you to take an online personality test that feels quite biased, and it becomes clear what personality type they hope to get. Overall ,the process moved fast. Timing of video interviews was a bit difficult due to time difference in Copenhagen vs. here.
