I applied for the role direct via LinkedIn. I received a swift response and expectations were set around the timeframes of the process. My first interview was with the CFO which was followed up by a second interview with the CFO and a board member. I would describe both of them as more of a formal chat. This made me feel more relaxed and at ease. I was given a thorough background of the company, the future plans and how this role would fit into that. During the process I was required to give examples of how my experience and skillset matched the job specification. I came away from both interviews incredibly excited about the role and the company and was delighted to be offered the role shortly after the second interview.

I interview with the founder, CEO and no-exec director and the process was extremely professional and thorough. I had several meetings with the leadership group and they always came across as completely transparent regarding the plans for the company
