What is that? There is no process. The founder feels that candidates are queuing up for this role. I was scheduled 3 times to speak to him and he never turned up. No message, apology nothing. Wake up and smell the coffee ! The HR lady is clueless and acts more like a secretary. She is unable to even coordinate for an interview. Their claim to fame is a chatbot that is being built by college kids now. There is no data available on funding, revenue etc. They don’t want to share any data. BEWARE before you commit.

I was invited to Payjo's makeshift office at Bangalore & there was no proper process for this. I was asked to wait for 1 hour and the I met one gentlemen who met for 40 mins. He didnt introduced himself and his role in the company. He asked me to do an assignment in next 2 days to submit it to their HR. I mentioned that will only do assignment if he would be upfront and let know its outcome whatever it may be. I did asked and called them on the outcome which he & the HR never responded to. After few months, I met this person again who was again meeting candidates in nearby cafe & he told that the position is closed. After he went, I asked the candidate who he was meeting, he was being interviewed for the same role & again asked for assignment. Founders of this company should really look into this matter as this person and the HR is tarnishing its image before it actually shape to any level.
