Worst interview ever! (Familiar with Amazon and Facebook technical interview process and many more, seen some) The platform they are using for appointments is confusing, you select one hour acording to GMT local time, and surprise ! the appoitment email and yahoo calendar says something else about the meeting hour . :)) Even that they tell you that the first phase of the interview is one logical, the schedule is delayed and they send you the technical one first. The logical test is monitored and is 20min. Easy but involves a lot of calculus and attention , time to short. From what I saw, you must know already the answers to complete them all 40 questions without mistake in this time. The lady from logical assessment said with a cheery tone that you have 20min and you can use pen and paper if you have prepared.. :) and bye! Good luck! Surprise! Again! The application closed without submitting the rest of the questions because I used computer calculator for division 294/15. Why was not specified that we cannot use computer calculator ? This scheduling ambiguity and declaring interpretable things based on the tone voice, says a lot about the environment and how the business flows within the company.

It was very bad experience for me . I interviewed for about 50 mins but at last interviewer disconnected my screen without asking anything. It was very unprofessional way to disconnect a call even I am answering the question. If you can't judge the candidate in 15 mins then why you are taking too much time for this. I got rejection email after interview what they didn't mentioned any reason. Is it ok to waste candidate time ??
