After several rejections, I was finally interviewed by innocent. First, I had a phone call with a temporary recruiter due to long term absence from in-house HR. Second interview was with one of the two hiring managers over the internet. After he gave the Green light, the next was in-person which was way over an hour drive but after connecting with the company vision, I felt like this was the one for me so did not mind moving as well. The on site interview was based on an EXCEL business case. The Excel part was not mentioned, only business case and nothing else. So I of course reviewed the company and prepared a presentation for them. In the end, they said i wasn't concise enough and that I would get bored. Also they just give you run around for when asking for mileage reimbursement.
