Interview process was good, I had a 30 minute to discuss my experience and what I am looking for, and then I moved on to the next round which was the technical part of the interview (live coding)

Onsite interview, All the questions were about coding assessment and some about past experiences , what are the different ways you could do the assessment, what are the additional things you would do to the assessment if you have got extra time.
I interviewed for Software Engineer[Columbus, OH] position in July. Interview process -> Screening call -> Assessment -> Panel Interview[90 mins]. The interview is average ( with medium to hard questions related to assessment ]. I felt interview questions are all about how you can do the technical assessment differently. Very few to zero questions about the past experiences/ behavioral. Initially I felt that may be I don't have enough skills/ interviewer expectations are different. But the job posting is still present after 3 months (As of Sept), which makes me wonder if they are faking the job posting.
