When I mentioned that the communication was poor, I was given a number of excuses why it had been poor. But only after I mentioned it. Eventually had a 30 mins call with her which was quite high level. Was then given a link to the CEOs calendar to book in time to talk with him. Booked time. He never showed up nor ever responded to my message asking if he needed to reschedule. Clearly not a company who value a candidates time or interest in the company. Avoid.
