was contacted by phone call (blocked number) and was repeatedly asked to confirm an interview despite letting the screener know I was currently at a work lunch (my fault for answering, but his insistence was alarming).
Recruiter then calls me 10 minutes late for our 15 minute interview. Out of the gate asks me "What I want to know about the company". Speaks way too quickly, and then says "I have 2 questions for you. Is the location okay and what is your salary range". Tells me I am out of range but she will have someone contact me if there is a match.
This all took 4 minutes. The lack of care for anyone else time was astounding. Even if I were to hear from them again, I would not be interested.
Treat people better.

The person in charge of hiring Account Manager was extremely unprofessional. My interview in-person interview was 20 minutes. I drove 6 hours across the state for this. As the head of account management, you are the face of the company. This person did a very poor job of being that face.
