Required creating unpaid 10-slide strategic presentation (3-month, 1-year, 3-year plans), helping with client acquisition (MSC), adapting CV for their use, and interviewing their AWS candidates because leadership lacked technical knowledge. Despite coming from "big fancy Parisian groups," they couldn't explain difference between solutions architect and enterprise architect. After positive feedback and meeting team in Geneva, they ghosted me during holidays. Returned saying they "changed strategy" to body shopping, then offered to introduce me to TOTSA - a client I was already discussing directly. Promised expense reimbursement, then ignored invoice completely. COO Alexandre said he'd handle it but never did. Their lack of knowledge of Swiss market is worrying. I don't know why the board chose guys who have no clue about this specific market - they don't have context and target wrong clients for their bracket. Complete waste of time with unprofessional behavior throughout.
