Interviewed with them a week ago. After submitting the application within few days the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled the interview with a SWE team lead. During the interview he exerted enormous amount of domain as well as technical knowledge. I felt very comfortable and discovered a lot about the products and the team. I was also given a fairly easy challenge in Java just to see that I can actually code (the actual assesment happens later if they decide that you are a good fit). I thought that I was a good match and that the team lead was very interested in me. However, after the weekend I recieved an email stating that I am way too junior for this position. I do not blame them, I am indeed a university graduate but what is sad is that I actually aced the interview and I was not given a chance to showcase my knowledge. I do not think experience should be counted in years of experience rather in the knowledge acquired. But I don't blame them, the HR and the Team Lead are two really amazing people and I truly liked their professionalism and kindness. They were the only people to have provided a detailed feedback about my rejection. If you have enough of experience go and apply, the company seems is building some cool software over there!
